Chef AJ is a popular LA-based chef who has followed a plant-based diet for 35 years and authored Unprocessed: How to achieve vibrant health and your ideal weight. Many events and festivals seek out Chef AJ as a speaker because of her genuine and energetic attitude while spreading the message of health.
