Lecture 1: The Healing Properties of Everyday Foods
What we eat and drink immediately changes our blood quality and all the cells, tissues, organs ...our whole body. The everyday foods we eat (and the liquids we drink) either lower or raise our level of health. Everyone knows that drinking coffee changes one’s mind and that drinking wine changes it in a completely different way. Similarly, blood quality changes with everything we eat. Now it's time to discover how carrots, wheat, broccoli, cheese, oats, beans, honey, bananas and all common foods affect the whole body's health, including our emotions, our minds, personality and character. We'll cover common foods that are beneficial for the heart, lungs, intestines and today's prevalent health concerns.

Lecture 2: Seven Levels of Beauty (and How to Get Them)
Beauty is more than skin deep. Our feelings, attitudes and sociability all affect how people see us. Also, our vocal expressions and the mind behind them make us either less or more beautiful. The foods we eat can bring out the radiance of our skin and an inner spiritual glow. Our beauty emanates from our body, our heart, our mind and spirit and there's lots we can do to enhance wonderful, radiant beauty. Specific foods for enhancing beauty will be covered.

Lecture 3: Natural Vision Improvement Class
Improve your eyesight with eye exercises, Tibetan eye charts, acupressure points, dietary suggestions and specific, dynamic breathing methods. Get ready to see the rings around Saturn! Better eyesight improves liver function, memory, focus and creativity. Learn natural, safe and fun methods to healthier eyes. Also, several of the many popular vision correction methods will be covered in a practical and entertaining way. Be ready to do a variety of exercises that will engage your imagination along with your eyes. Special eye exercise charts will be provided.
