Diane Haworth and Michael Varbaek
Diane is an internationally recognized athlete, motivational speaker, former newspaper columnist and strength trainer who also worked with the US Navy SEALs. Michael Varbaek, grew up in Copenhagen, where he became a world class cyclist, and later moved to the US as captain of Team Spago/Finlandia. They are health educators and longevity researchers, certified in Plant Food Nutrition through Cornell University, certified culinary arts chefs specializing in raw plant food cuisine and are dedicated to giving people the tools and knowledge to achieve optimum health. They spent this past year filming the lifestyles and habits of the “long lived people” across the globe.
