Lecture: Change your life through Visualization and Self-Talk
We do not yet live in an environment that supports a healthy lifestyle. We are bombarded daily through the media, our culture, and our well-intended but not so helpful friends and family to overindulge, eat poorly, be a couch potato and stress out. This presentation will teach you how to use a variety of techniques to direct and keep yourself on your own path to health and vitality including visualization, positive self-talk, the rules of goal setting and acupressure.
