After becoming overweight and unhealthy, Scott Joseph realized that animals in nature are always in perfect shape, loaded with energy and never sick. So he began researching the health of wild animals and found that even though we are virtually the same, animals don’t become overweight or get illnesses and diseases as humans do, because most of our health issues are diet-related. Naturally, animals have continued to eat essentially the same, while we have completely changed what we eat. Scott then researched the diet of our closest living relatives, chimpanzees, and found out what they consume. Converting it into people food, still closely mimicking their ultra-healthy diet, he quickly regained his slender body and youthful vitality – just like billions of other beings on earth.

So if we mimic the super healthy diet of chimps, could we also live with endless energy and toned bodies and rid our lives of all diet-related illnesses and diseases - NO heart attacks, NO cancer, NO strokes, NO diabetes, NO Alzheimer's, NO Parkinson's, NO arthritis, NO headaches, NO ADD, NO depression and thousands of other illnesses and diseases, including obesity? Our digestive and immune systems are virtually the same as those of chimps, so doesn’t it make sense that we should be eating like them?
