Sharon Gutterman, Ph.D.
Dr. Sharon Gutterman is an acclaimed international speaker on mindfulness, stress reduction and well-being. Her integration of life experience and dedication to life-long learning provide a unique blend of wisdom, sensitivity, humor and passion.
Sharon trained in the intensive Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program taught by Drs. Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli. She completed the practicum at Center for Mindfulness/University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
Dr. Gutterman’s background includes teaching self-care to physicians at Yale and the University of Connecticut, and she received a Best Teacher Award from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She has facilitated workshops and retreats in the U.S., Israel, Costa Rica, yoga studios, schools, retreat centers and hospitals, and she volunteers regularly at a correctional institution.

Our practice will begin with brief instruction, followed by twenty minutes of meditating and time for questions after our practice.
