The price of the ultimate holistic vacation is much more affordable than you may think. Prices begin at just $1,199 per person double occupancy and include port charges of $159.00, specially prepared organic/natural meals, lectures, yoga classes, Pilates classes, meditation classes, workshops, cooking classes, nightly entertainment, and the use of all basic spa/health club and onboard facilities. Need to find a roommate? The rate for single occupancy is approximately 1.5 times the double occupancy rate. If you do not want to room alone, it may be possible to find a compatible roommate and pay the double occupancy rate. Pre- and Post-Cruise Accommodations
In addition to blocking rooms at some basic inns near the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and the Cruiseport for those of you who will be arriving a day or more in advance of the March 21, 2010 cruise departure and need a place to stay, this year we have a new and exciting alternative. The Pritikin Longevity Center and Spa has arranged a special healthy vacation package for Holistic Holiday at Sea guests. The Pritkin Center is closer to the Miami Airport, but is within about 30 minutes of the Ft. Lauderdale Airport as well. The Pritikin Center and two of the inns also have rooms blocked for those staying in the area after the cruise. This is the busiest season in Florida, so make your reservations early. Excursions
Costa offers a variety of shore excursions in the ports of call. You will find a wide choice of relaxing, natural and cultural tours suitable for older and younger guests, as well as more active and sports-oriented excursions for those who prefer a little more adventure. Once you have booked the cruise, using your booking number, you can register and reserve the excursions of your choice on the Costa website (www.costacruises.com), or you can sign up on board at the Excursions desk. Exclusive Eco Tour in St Thomas
This year A Taste of Health is offering a Kayak, Hike & Multi-Snorkel Adventure in St. Thomas. The tour is operated by Virgin Islands Eco Tours and will include transportation to and from the ship and a vegan lunch. Click here for more detais.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy
A $500 per person deposit is required at the time the room is booked. The balance of the invoice is due December 30, 2009. For those registering after December 30, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover, as well as personal checks. The cancellation fee is $100 per person from July 11 to October 31. After October 31st, the cancellation charges, per person, are as follows: $250 from November 1st to December 31st; 50% of cruise fare from January 1st to February 19th; after February 19th there is no refund except for the government fees and prepaid tips. Travel insurance is available for the entire cruise program amount in case of medical or travel emergency, and we strongly recommend it. Please ask about this when you make your reservation.
