Vegan Travel Aboard a Healthy Caribbean Cruise
For many on a plant-based diet, vegan travel can be something of a challenge. Without access to a healthy supermarket and a kitchen, it can be difficult to maintain a vegan diet while you travel. These challenges make it difficult for vegan people to enjoy structured travel programs, such as cruises.
To meet the needs of the vegan travel community, Holistic Holiday at Sea has developed an educational vegan cruise program. Aboard our vegan cruise, guests will experience three vegan meals each day and have the opportunity to attend over 120 classes, workshops and lectures covering a variety of vegan and holistic health topics and activities. The majority of people who travel with us are vegan or on a plant-based diet, such as Macrobiotics.

During the 2008 and 2010 cruise he offered a fascinating look at the government funding of unhealthy eating habits in the United States.
